how to request a return
1. Email cs@grds.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return label via email (DHL is the preferred carrier).
3. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label; otherwise, the request may be
canceled.
4. Once shipped, please email your tracking number to cs@grds.com.
Except in cases of incorrect shipments or defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping
fees and any associated taxes.
non-returnable cases
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• If the product has been damaged due to customer mishandling, including damage to the packaging, tags, or
box.
• If the product has been worn, used, or altered in a way that diminishes its value.
• If the product's value has significantly decreased over time.
exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
refunds
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
shipping & taxes
All shipments are handled by DHL. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors such as
incorrect address details or natural disasters.
For returns and refunds not caused by our error, all shipping fees and associated taxes are the customer’s
responsibility.
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or does not match the description provided on our website,
please contact cs@grds.com. We are committed to resolving such issues
promptly to ensure your satisfaction. Once your claim is approved, we will cover all related shipping fees and
taxes.
repair service
We do not offer repair services for international customers. However, if you require original replacement
parts for repairs, we are happy to assist. Please email cs@grds.com. We will process your request within 60
days.
Please note that customers are responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, parts purchases,
customs duties, and taxes.
